Health and Safety Council
We help Mr Baker the caretaker repair and carry out health and safety checks. The health and safety checks we do weekly and monthly (interim and annual).
One of our favourite health and safety checks to do is to set off the alarms from the control panel with Mr Baker for fire drill. We have to remember not to tell anyone when we are going to do it – not even the teachers. Then we help write up the report to say how quickly the school evacuated the building and if there were any problems.
Recently we have been making room for the cellos and guitars by taking the shelves out of the music room store cupboard and rearranging the music room.
