This week we celebrated the grand opening of our brand new pupil kitchen. We are very lucky to have such a lovely area to cook in. The Hutton International (HI) Council decided to run the event to raise funds for Dabaso. The money raised through selling cakes (which they baked themselves) and drinks, will go towards a bursary to send children in Dabaso to school.
Parents, children and staff were treated to a wonderful performance by the school orchestra, accompanied by Mr Eric Holdaway, before the kitchen was officially opened by Councillor Terry Porter.
